A request to combine the cases into multidistrict litigation has been made due to the rise of Tylenol autism lawsuits MDL. On September 29, 2022, the Judicial Panel of Multidistrict Litigation heard the motion -JPML. On October 5, 2022, the JPML court formed the MDL; the task was entrusted to Hon. Denise L. Cote of the District Court for the Southern District of New York in the USA. November 16, 2022: To serve in various leadership capacities throughout the proceedings as the federal MDL’s organizational structure was created, the court designated a group of 22 Tylenol autism lawyers.
