On Friday, June 1, 2012 A Wish for Animals held their 1st Annual White Party Fundraiser hosted by supermodel and entrepreneur Kathy Ireland and Genlux Magazine.

This spectacular affair took place at the prestigious Center Club located at 650 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa, CA 92626 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Tickets for this charity were from $125 per person and $200 per couple.

Not only did Kathy Ireland host the event, she also spoke passionately about how her own dogs are rescued animals and thanked guests and sponsors for their support of this wonderful cause. Guests also had the chance to mingle with three of the rescue dogs (Armani, Mimi and Chip) while they enjoyed gourmet food provided by the Center Club, complimentary champagne, craps & black jack tables, photos in the Cool Shotz photo booth, and live and silent auctions where 100% of the proceeds went to care for the animals fostered in the shelter. All three dogs who attended the event have been adopted.

A Wish for Animals is a 100% non-profit (Tax I.D.#20-2331353), no-kill rescue. They are run solely by volunteers who dedicate their time and resources to rescuing homeless pets from animal shelters who are often moments away from being euthanized.

They provide medical care, spay/neuter, shots, microchips and a loving home to these animals until they can find their forever home.
