On Wednesday, January 18, 2012 The NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) Show 2012 presented a media preview day at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.
Recording artist, singer and performer John Mayer spoke about Michelle Phillips signature guitars and even played some music. The 2012 NAMM Show runs from Thursday, January 19 to Sunday, January 22, 2012 from 8:00 am to Midnight.
David from PianoDisc explains to us about a Piano called iQ Intelligent Player System that plays by himself and that can be operated from your choice of external devices, including popular devices like the iPad, iPod and MP3 players.

In the midst of announcing a 50-city tour with The Beach Boys to celebrate the group’s 50th anniversary, Brian Wilson is now set to appear at the 110th NAMM Show next Wednesday to receive the Music for Life Award presented by NAMM President & CEO Joe Lamond. A Q&A immediately follows in which Wilson will discuss receiving the award, his 50 years in music and how music has impacted his life. The Music for Life award is NAMM’s highest honor and created to recognize individuals and organizations who demonstrate support for NAMM’s primary causes of promoting music education and creating more active music-makers. Past recipients have ranged from musicians to Congressmen, CEOs and beyond, including Quincy Jones, Bob McGrath and Yoko Ono.
