Lindsay was supposed to check into a rehab facility in the Hamptons on Thursday, but she 86′d that because they wouldn’t let her smoke. So instead she hopped a flight to California at the 11th hour and basically did a drive-by at Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, but the facility supposedly had its license revoked. Lindsay called her former lawyer Shawn Holley and reportedly “begged” her to take her back. Shawn brokered a deal with prosecutors, and then Lindsay checked into Betty Ford, a place she likes because she “knows everyone there.”

Jheri Walker Jr. attends Rockin The Elements at Kress Club

Rockin The Elements event was held at Kress Club in Hollywood on Friday, April 9, 2010 at 9:00pm to 12:00am. Open bar was held from 10 to 11pm with free drinks and sushi.
Special live performances by Fizz and Boog (former members of B2k) and  the Group Nikki 16 (from  Bad Boys biggest producers Slam and  Making the Band on MTV).

Some of the celebrities the attended were model Derek C. Pratt, fashion coordinator Parris Harris, music producer David Harrison Levi, host VJ Michael Benz and singer Jheri Walker Jr. (American Idol Season 6).
