First, Congratulations to all the nominees. Second why are the #OscarsSoWhite Again for the second year in a row? What Happen to Diversity? Especially with host Chris Rock who is an African American (Black) of the awards ceremony. Do you see or read something wrong there? How do you think, he will feel in a room of majority white faces? Awkward Moment! Will you watch the show?
It is time to send a message to The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences that is ok they can give award to each other. It is ok for the the studios to keep casting or hiring the same actors. However we must act to create our own awards show where “Diversity” will be represented in each category. Where not the same people will be the winners every single year. Discrimination must stop and we must understand what Diversity stands, but those who does not know the meaning here it goes:
The meaning of DIVERSITY is:
“The beauties of nature come in all colors. The strengths of humankind come in many forms. Every human being is wonderfully unique. All of us contribute in different ways. When we learn to honor the difference, and appreciate the mix. We find harmony.”
So, I ask you The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences that consumer goes to watch movies where the studios makes millions and their fans will be flatter knowing their actor or actress whats recognize for his/her work in a motion picture.
Well, there is a reason why our firm exists and we are working on our 1st Diversity News Magazine Awards. I also ask other motion pictures awards organizations that we need to join forces to reflect Diversity in yours and our awards.
I am calling on Mr. Jarvee Hutcherson, President of The Multicultural Motion Picture Association and former executive producer of The Diversity Awards, Mr. Jay D. Roth, National Executive Director, The Directors Guild of America, Mr. Lorenzo Soria, President, The Hollywood Foreign Press Association and including you Cheryl Boone Isaacs, President, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to take an action and collaborate with each other. I think it will make our work together to bring Diversity and show the world that there is no discrimination, it is that one organization can not reach thousands of our Diverse population by themselves.

STATEMENT FROM ACADEMY PRESIDENT CHERYL BOONE ISAACS
I’d like to acknowledge the wonderful work of this year’s nominees. While we celebrate their extraordinary achievements, I am both heartbroken and frustrated about the lack of inclusion. This is a difficult but important conversation, and it’s time for big changes. The Academy is taking dramatic steps to alter the makeup of our membership. In the coming days and weeks we will conduct a review of our membership recruitment in order to bring about much-needed diversity in our 2016 class and beyond.
As many of you know, we have implemented changes to diversify our membership in the last four years. But the change is not coming as fast as we would like. We need to do more, and better and more quickly.
This isn’t unprecedented for the Academy. In the ‘60s and ‘70s it was about recruiting younger members to stay vital and relevant. In 2016, the mandate is inclusion in all of its facets: gender, race, ethnicity and sexual orientation. We recognize the very real concerns of our community, and I so appreciate all of you who have reached out to me in our effort to move forward together.
