The Messenger play is about a young man who needed guidance in his life and with no role model around him, but the angel and devil were getting between his decisions.
The set changes during light was not a good idea, but overall it is a must watch play and with the hopes you can learn something news. The Messenger play was held at The Acme Theater located at 135 N La Brea Avenue in Hollywood, CA 90036 on September 11, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
The starting cast members are Melvin S. Ward as Star, Iboni James as Jezzamine, Edward E. Tillman as The Messenger, Wayne Bennett as The Demon and Dr. E and Sis. Nikki McGee as Grandma.

About The Messenger:
The story is about a young man (Star) who is at point in his life where needs to make a decision which a effect not only his life but his walk with God as well. Star is encountered by an Angel and a Demon who are there to influence him to choose a side. Good vs. Evil. The Messenger and the Demon also encounter each other to discuss the freedom of Star. Star also has to forgive those who have abandoned him and accept their forgiveness. Which side will he choose? The play involves, love, trust, wisdom, forgiveness, deliverance, healing and clean fun.
