On Saturday, September 18, 2010 it was the boxing fight with Mosley vs. Mora at the Staples Center and then after the fight couple hundreds of fans walked, including celebrities (actors, producers) and other boxers to celebrate a good cause at the ESPN Zone for the “Sugar Shane Mosley Hosted Post Reception Benefiting Diamonds Love Foundation” event.
“The event was great good people beside the best in Hollywood. The event was great and had fun with my Industry peers. Thanks to ESPN Zone, Diversity News, PRPhotos.com, Koi Sojer great photographer and all media including the event coordinators thank you for the great night in L.A.” Said Actor/Producer Lil Mirkk.
The event was announced to be hosted by Larenz Tate & Cuba Gooding Jr. who never acknowledge the media on the red carpet.
“As an actor/athlete, I had the opportunity to watch the fight and be apart of the post reception benefiting Diamond’s Love Foundation after party. It was a honor to meet Mr. Sugar Shane Mosley.” Said actor Sonny Valens. The celebrities and personalities started to line up the red carpet from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm organized byReyna Trevino of Trevino Enterprises with cooperation with Yvette Morales of YM & Associates PR | Marketing | Business Development -”For the ARTS” After the red carpet performances were held from 12:00 am inside the venue by Paloma, Tank and Le Toya Luckett. The confirmed and expected celebrities were Oscar de la Hoya (It do not show up only his army of group representing Golden Boy Productions), Bernard Hopkins, J Prince, Black Eyed Peas (neither a show), Jenna Jameson, Tito Ortiz, Brooke Hogan, Anthony Anderson, KISS (never saw them), T Lopez (yes she was around) and to add to this list was doctor an now producer and actor Mark Valinsky and Lil Mirkk real name Joel W. Gonzales, actor Tommy “Tiny” Lister, Quinton Aaron of The (Blind Side) Movie, Vincent Ward (True Blood), actor Sonny Valens and oh course the host Sugar Shane Mosley.
